Join Coach Hannah and stay in shape with Shine's Circuits sessions. Join other fitness enthusiasts or newcomers for this sociable and supportive adult fitness activity. Sign up for one session or come every week to really feel the burn!
Children of any age are welcome to attend this session. We have had babes in egg car seats, little ones relaxing with a snack and toddlers running around on their scooters before, so don't worry if your child doesn't want to sit quietly, they don't have to! This session is very relaxed while you get your fitness in with Hannah. We will have a member of staff on hand in the hall but the children remain your responsibility at all times.

These popular sessions offer adult participants a sociable and positive experience and are lead by Shine's friendly and enthusiastic fitness instructors! Using pumping music the sessions are designed to increase fat loss, tone muscle and improve cardio-respiratory system through a circuit style session. The instructors are experienced in ensuring everyone benefits from the session, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fitness junkie!
