Have fun with food
Elmlea Infant School
Children will engage in a range of cookery activities to include food preparation, learning to follow a recipe, weighing and measuring. All ingredients are provided.
We will walk across to Elmlea Junior School to use their specialist cooking facilities.
Cookery Plan
Week 1 - Pizza Puff Bites
Week 2 - Cherry & Chocolate Biscotti
Week 3 - Cheese & Tomato Scones
Week 4 - Rock Cakes
Week 5 - Avocado, Cheese & Salsa Parcels
Week 6 - Mini Apple & Berry Crumbles

Additional Information
- Please note that places are limited and bookings are made on a first come/first served basis.
- Whilst we try, we cannot always accommodate individual dietary requirements within our cookery programme.
- Children will be escorted by the Shine Coaches to the cooking room at Elmlea Junior School. Please collect your child from the school hall - entrance at the back by Year 3 classrooms (not the front of the school).
- Shine’s professional coaching team are qualified, DBS checked and fully insured.
- Your child/children must be signed out at the end of every session.
- Bookings must be made before 12.00 on the day - for late bookings please call 01174 033 033
